The Inclusion Support Programme (ISP) is an initiative of the Australian Government that supports educators in long day care, family day care, outside school hours care, vacation care, mobile as well as Budget Based Funded services, and builds their capacity and capability to include children with additional needs in these mainstream services. The programme also provides parents and carers of children with additional needs access to appropriate ECCC services, thus enabling them to participate in the workforce.
KU Children’s Services, in partnership with Include Me, is the Inclusion Development Fund Manager ensuring a consistent delivery of the programme nationally. Further, in each state and territory, Inclusion Agencies provide free, tailored inclusion support to services.
