Merchandise sponsorship is an ideal way to promote your company to conference delegates and give them something that may be used beyond the event. Your company logo will be printed on a piece of merchandise given or offered to delegates during registration. Merchandise must be approved by ECA’s Sustainability Committee, and will be subject to an ethics review.

Please note: With a commitment to the principles of environmental sustainability, the 2019 ECA National Conference will not have delegate satchels.

Benefits include:

• named the ‘Merchandise Sponsor’ in the Conference Pocket Program and proceedings
• company name and logo (with hyperlink to website) published on the conference website and conference app
• involvement in selecting the merchandise that will be branded with company name and logo
• one complimentary conference registration (including welcome reception and farewell function)
• one complimentary dinner ticket
• one guest invitation to the Speaker and Sponsor Appreciation event (event to be confirmed)
